Sabine Lancelin (born December 22, 1959 in Léopoldville , Belgian Congo ) is a Belgian camerawoman .

Life

Sabine Lancelin was born in Léopoldville, today's Kinshasa and capital of the Congo . She started working as an assistant for cameramen such as Claude Agostini , Bernard Lutic and André Neau in the early 1980s . She made her feature film debut as a camerawoman in 1995 with the drama Sept en attente, directed by Françoise Etchegaray . She has been working together for many years with the Portuguese auteur filmmaker Manoel de Oliveira in particular , including shooting for him, I'm going home , Christopher Columbus - The mystery and peculiarities of a young blonde .
