Sabine Treml (born July 21, 1991 ) is a German soccer player.

Career

Treml began playing football at the age of four in the boys' teams at DJK SV Keilberg , where she stayed until 2004. After three years at TSV Kareth-Lappersdorf , she came to SC Regensburg in 2007 at the age of 16 , which was based in the 2nd Bundesliga South . Since SC Regensburg had to relegate to the regional league after the season, she moved to the Bundesliga promoted FF USV Jena after just one year . The 17-year-old made her debut in the top German division on December 14, 2008 (12th matchday) in the 1: 2 defeat in the away game against Hamburger SV when she came on for Sandra Schlarp in the second half . She scored her first goal on February 8, 2009 (10th matchday) in a 2-2 draw in the home game against Herford SV with the goal to make it 2-0 in the 20th minute. On June 30, 2014, she announced her departure from FF USV Jena and signed with SV Werder on the same day . After only one season Treml returned to Jena and has been part of the second team of the FF USV Jena ever since.

Professional background

Treml has been studying at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena since summer 2015 .
