The parish was founded on April 3, 1955 with the decree Neminem latet by Cardinal Vicar Clemente Micara . The modern, futuristic church built by the architect Ildo Avetta was opened on April 29, 1969 by Pope Paul VI. elevated to the title church of the Roman Catholic Church . Patronage is the Sacred Heart of Jesus .
The church is on Via Sant'Arcangelo di Romagna 70 in the Roman district of Vitinia .
