Sadalmelik ( Arabic سعد الملك, DMG Saʿd al-Malik  'The King's Lucky Star'; ancient Egyptian Beges : "hip of the giant") is the name of the star Alpha Aquarii (α Aqr) in the constellation Aquarius .

Sadalmelik has an apparent brightness of +2.95 m. It has about 80 times the diameter and 6000 times the luminosity of the sun and is assigned to the spectral class G2Ib. Sadalmelik is 760 light years from Earth.
