The Sakar Peak (English; Bulgarian връх Сакар wrach Sakar ) is a 355 m high mountain on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In the Vidin Heights it rises 0.54 km northeast of Perperek Knoll , 0.64 km southeast of Samuel Peak , 1.25 km south-southeast of Madara Peak and 2.2 km west-southwest of Chelis Nunatak .
Bulgarian scientists mapped it when surveying the Tangra Mountains between 2004 and 2005. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2005 after the Sakar Mountains in southeastern Bulgaria .
