Sam Lipsyte
Sam Lipsyte (born 1968 in New York City ) is an American writer.
Life
Sam Lipsyte is a son of sports journalist Robert Lipsyte , who grew up in Closter , New Jersey . He teaches creative writing at Columbia University and lives in Manhattan .
His novel Home Land won the Believer Book Award in 2004. In 2008 Lipsyte received a Guggenheim Fellowship .
