Samadrexha ( Albanian  also  Samadrexhë , Serbian Самодрежа Samodreža ) is a village in the municipality of Vushtrria in Kosovo . It is mostly inhabited by Albanians of the Muslim faith. Samadrexha is famous for the local Serbian Orthodox Church of St. John the Baptist.

The 2011 census for Samadrexha showed a population of 1321, of which 1319 (99.85%) described themselves as Albanians .

The census showed that the village has 1,321 inhabitants, all of whom are Muslim.

Sports

In Samadrexha there are various activities, especially handball. Samadrexha has two handball teams, a women's and a men's team.
