Samigholla Orasov

Samigholla Chamsajuly Orasow ( Kazakh Самиғолла Хамзайұлы Оразов , Russian Самиголла Хамзаевич Уразов Sami Golla Chamsajewitsch Urasow * 17th November 1957 in Worotaewka, Saratov Oblast , Russian SFSR ) is a Kazakh politician .

Life

Samigholla Orasow was born in 1957 in Vorotaewka in Saratov Oblast in the Russian SFSR . In 1980 he completed a degree in mechanical engineering at the Polytechnic Institute in Saratov .

After graduating from college, he first worked in a farm in Balakowski rajon . Between 1981 and 1984 he worked for a company in what is now the Schänibek district before becoming a manager of a state farm in what is now the Bökejorda district . From 1985 to 1992 he held various positions at the Dschanybek awtotransport company.

After Kazakhstan's independence, he also became politically active. From 1992 Orasov was head of the district administration of the Schänibek district in Western Kazakhstan . After four years in this position, he became director of the state road transport company in the region. After restructuring, from 1999 he was director of the Western Kazakhstan regional department of the state road transport company Qasaqawtoschol. Between July and October 2000 he was temporarily acting general manager of this company. Between 2002 and 2005 he worked for the administration of the Western Kazakhstan region, where he became the head of the regional road department. Between May and August 2005, Orasov briefly worked for the Transport Infrastructure Development Committee at the Ministry of Transport and Communications . He then worked again for the Western Kazakhstan Regional Administration in the Passenger Transport and Roads Department from 2005 to 2007.

In November 2007, he returned to public office by becoming Äkim of Tasqala District . After only a few months, on April 18, 2008, he was appointed mayor of the city of Oral . He held this office until January 14, 2012. After the Kazakh parliamentary elections in 2012 , he was a member of Nur Otan in the Mäschilis . Here he was a member of the Finance and Budget Committee.
