Samji is a lake in Samjiyon District in Ryanggang-do Province , North Korea . It is three meters deep and 4.5 kilometers in circumference.

On the lake there is a group of sculptures on a flat stone. It shows five Koreans of the guerrilla fighters who fought against Japanese troops under Kim Il-sung .

On the east bank of the lake is the large Samjiyon monument in memory of the Battle of Musan in this area.
