The combined community Altes Amt Ebstorf was a combined community in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath in the district of Uelzen , Lower Saxony . On November 1, 2011, the joint municipalities of Altes Amt Ebstorf and Bevensen merged to form the joint municipality of Bevensen-Ebstorf .
