Samuel Arthur von Haber ( March 6, 1812 in Karlsruhe - June 9, 1892 in Paris ) was a German banker .

He was the son of the banker Salomon von Haber (1764–1839) and his wife Friederieke Model (1773–1831). Samuel von Haber, who came from a poor Jewish family in Breslau , was the financier of the Grand Duke of Baden and was ennobled in 1829 . His son Samuel Arthur was also given the title of baron of Austria .

With his son-in-law Octave de Béhague (1826–1879), Samuel Arthur von Haber had Courances Castle restored. On his death he left the castle to his eldest granddaughter Berthe, a daughter of Haber's only child Laura Fanny Sophie (1843–1885) from his marriage to Octave de Béhague.
