Sandra Urach (born June 5, 1976 in Andelsbuch ) is an Austrian long-distance runner and national marathon champion (2017).

Career

Sandra Urach from the Bregenzerwald started running in 2004 and started for the athletics club "Im Wald geht's".
In October 2014 she won the marathon of the 3 countries on Lake Constance at her first start on the marathon distance .

In October 2017 she started again at the marathon on Lake Constance and the 41-year-old won the title of Austrian national champion with third place in the overall ranking.

In October 2018, the 42-year-old won the marathon of the 3 countries on Lake Constance for the second time after 2014.
