Sandro Spaeth

Sandro Spaeth (* 8. June 1979 in Bern ) is a former Swiss mountain bike - cyclist .

He mainly focused on the mountain bike marathon discipline , where he won numerous national and international competitions, including the Black Forest Ultra Bike Marathon , the Worldclass MTB Challenge and the Spessart Bike Marathon . During his professional years, Spaeth was under contract with Team Texner BMC . He later worked as a journalist.

The biggest international successes of Spaeth bronze belong to the Mountain Bike Marathon Championships 2005 in Frammersbach and the 10th place on the mountain bike marathon world championships in 2008 in the Italian Villa Bassa .
