The Santa Ana Basilica is a Roman Catholic church in Willemstad on the Dutch island of Curaçao in the Caribbean . It is dedicated to St. Anne , the legendary mother of the Virgin Mary, and has the title of a minor basilica .

The church in the Dutch colonial style with characteristic stepped gables was built between 1734 and 1752 in the central district of Otrabanda and from 1843 to 1958 it bore the title of Procathedral of the Apostolic Vicariate of Curaçao. With the establishment of the Willemstad diocese in 1958, however, the larger Reina di Santisimo Rosario church from 1870 became a cathedral. Santa Ana received its current status as a minor basilica by Pope Paul VI. in 1974.

The basilica has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997 when it was registered as part of the historic districts of the city and port of Willemstad.
