Sarah Anne List (* 14. December 1966 in Sacramento ) is an American science fiction - and fantasy - author .
Life
Sarah Zettel was born in 1966. She studied communication science at the University of Michigan and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts . Her first novel Reclamation was published in 1996 and won the Locus Award for Best First Novel in 1997. In 2009 she won the Philip K. Dick Award for her novel Bitter Angels , which she published under her pseudonym CL Anderson . Another pseudonym she uses is Delia Gilette . Zettel is married and lives in Michigan .
