The Sarsang Reservoir ( Russian Сарсангское водохранилище , Armenian Սարսանգի ջրամբար Sarsangi jschrambar , Azerbaijani Sərsəng su anbarı ) is a large reservoir in the Martakert province in the north of the de facto independent Republic of Arzach (Nagorno-Karabakh). It is created by the damming of the Tartar River (Tərtər). The dam was built in 1976. The power plant has an output of 50 megawatts and currently produces 65 million kWh of electrical energy per year.

Before the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict , the water from the reservoir was used to irrigate around 100,000 hectares of arable land.
