Sascha Pessinger

Sascha Pessinger (* 1979 ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Labor Court .

Live and act

From 1999 Pessinger studied law at the University of Passau . There he passed his first state examination in law in 2004. He then completed his legal clerkship and passed his second state examination in 2006 at the Munich Higher Regional Court . He then joined the judicial service of the Free State of Bavaria as a labor judge and was employed at the labor courts in Passau and Regensburg . Parallel to his work in the judiciary, Pessinger worked as a research assistant in the chairs of Otfried Seewald and Hans-Georg Dederer until 2010 . From 2012 he also worked as a lecturer at the University of Passau. From February 2015 to March 2017 he was seconded to the Federal Constitutional Court as a research assistant . Pessinger then became the presiding judge at the Munich Regional Labor Court .

In July 2018, Pessinger was elected judge at the Federal Labor Court. He took up his position on November 1, 2018 and was assigned to the 10th Senate, which is responsible in particular for bonuses, special allowances and allowances.
