Sascha Siebert (born November 28, 1977 in Germany ) is a former German soccer player .
Club career
Sascha Siebert moved from the youth of SC Neukirchen in 1995 to FSV Frankfurt . As a 17-year-old he made his debut there in the first round of the DFB Cup against FC Carl Zeiss Jena . After half a year he returned to SC Neukirchen and played for the first team in the Regionalliga Süd for two years . After a season at KSV Hessen Kassel , he was signed by VfL Bochum in 1999 . At Bochum, the striker mostly played in the second team. In the Oberliga Westfalen 2000/01 he scored 22 goals this season and was runner-up with the amateurs. He made his professional debut and only game in the Bundesliga on March 10, 2001, when he came on as a substitute for Henryk Bałuszyński in the 2: 3 home defeat against 1. FC Köln at halftime . In the second half of the 2001/02 season and the first half of the following season Siebert played for the then third division club SC Paderborn 07 , but could not score there. In the following years, the striker worked in particular for various clubs in the Football Oberliga Westfalen or the Football Oberliga Nordrhein . In 2008 he moved to SV Schermbeck in the NRW League , for which he played the following two years. In October 2011 he joined the Westphalia division SV Dorsten-Hardt .
