Sascha summer
Sascha Sommer (born November 19, 1984 in Rotenburg ) is a German radio presenter and speaker.
Life
Sascha Sommer grew up in Soltau in Lower Saxony . After graduating from high school in Hameln , he gained his first radio experience as a presenter at Radio Aktiv and worked for several years as a reporter for NDR 1 Lower Saxony . In summer 2008 she went to Bremen to study international journalism and also completed a semester abroad at the University of Greenwich in London . At Bremen Vier he presented the news ("Vier-News") as a newsanchor. In autumn 2012 he began a journalistic program traineeship at Norddeutscher Rundfunk in Hamburg.
Since February 2014 he has been employed at NDR 2 as a social media editor, program planner, news editor and presenter. He has also been a presenter since 2015 and can be heard on various daily routes, but also the night program together with WDR 2 . As a substitute he also moderated the "NDR 2 Afternoon" again and again. Sascha Sommer has been part of the core team of NDR 2 moderators since September 2016 and was heard on "NDR 2 morning" Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. until January 2020. Since January 6, 2020 he has been moderating the "NDR 2 Afternoon" and other "NDR 2 Soundcheck" music specials together with Jessica Müller.
