Sashana Carolyn Campbell (born March 2, 1991 in Kingston , Jamaica ) is a Jamaican soccer player who is under contract with Maccabi Kishronot Hadera .

Career

Campbell played college football in the United States . She first attended Darton State College in Albany , Georgia . There she was the top scorer with 36 goals and 18 assists. She then played at the University of West Florida for the Argonauts , with whom she won the title in their division. After college, she played for the Jamaican clubs Reno, Christiana and Los Perfectos before playing for UMF Grindavík in Iceland for two years from 2015 . She has been under contract with Maccabi Kishronot Hadera in Israel since 2017 .

National team

Campbell made her debut for the Jamaican national football team of women at the CONCACAF Women's Gold Cup in 2014 , qualifying for the FIFA World Women's Championship 2015 . After a long break, she has been back in the squad for the national team since 2018. She was on the Jamaican squad at the 2019 Women's World Cup in France .
