Saskia Klug

Saskia Klug (* 1979 in Bochum ) is a German lawyer . She is a judge at the Federal Labor Court .

Live and act

Klug completed her legal training in 2006 with the second state examination in Düsseldorf. After working as a research assistant at the University of Hanover , she joined the judicial service of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in October 2008 . There she was first employed at the labor court in Bochum . From October 2010 to October 2011 she was seconded to the North Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of Justice , where she worked at the State Justice Examination Office. From October 2014 to November 2016 she was seconded to the Federal Labor Court. From mid-August 2017 she was seconded to the Hamm Regional Labor Court, where she took over the chairmanship of the 6th Chamber.

In July 2018, Klug was elected judge at the Federal Labor Court. She took up this position on November 1, 2018 and was assigned to the Fourth Senate, which is responsible for collective bargaining law and disputes over classifications.
