Saskia Lehnert (born December 31, 1993 in Brandenburg an der Havel ) is a German women's soccer player.

Career

Lehnert began her career in the C-youth of ESV Kirchmöser , for which she played four years. In the summer of 2005 she then moved to FC Stahl Brandenburg , where she trained for some time with the players of the C-youth. After three years for FC Stahl, Lehnert switched to the women of FSV Viktoria Brandenburg in 2008 . With FSV Viktoria she played in the district league , in which Lehnert was top scorer with 71 goals. Even during this good season Lehnert was appointed to the U-17 state selection of Brandenburg. In the summer of 2009 he switched to the national division SV Ziesar and in November 2009 Lehnert completed a trial training with the FF USV Jena . She was able to convince with the Bundesliga club, but played the 2009/10 season in Ziesar to the end, where she scored 28 goals by the end of the season. In the summer of 2010, the Bundesliga team Lehnert signed, where they made their debut in the home game against 1. FC Saarbrücken on August 15, 2010 .

Lehnert scored her first two competitive goals in the DFB Cup game. Since the 2012/2013 season she has been back in the 2nd Bundesliga North squad of the second Jena team. To date (May 30, 2013) Lehnert has recorded 41 games in the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga. Last season she scored four times, made a number of assists and has now found her permanent position in left midfield. However, the left / right midfield is not the only position she played in the past season, but also made a good figure as a striker or "10er". In the coming year she will be back in the squad of the 2nd Bundesliga team of FF USV Jena.
