The Sattelbergalm (also called Sattelalm ) is located in the Stubai Alps at 1633  m above sea level. A. in the Austrian state of Tyrol near the border with Italian South Tyrol on the Sattelberg .

The lift operation was stopped in 2006. The hut is on the Tiroler Höhenweg . A toboggan run leads to Vinaders .

The hut is the starting point for several ski tours , and in summer the hut is a popular point of contact for mountain bikers and hikers in particular .

In addition to various rooms there is also a mattress dorm.

Shortest ascent from Vinaders, also from a parking lot above Gries am Brenner (directly under a bridge on the Brenner motorway).
