With the Coprophilia ( gr. Κόπρος kópros , Dung ', manure', 'droppings' and philia ) refers to the sexual pleasure through human feces or its excretion.

Common names and codes for coprophilia are (natural) caviar (abbreviation KV ), scat (English, from the Greek), chocolate , Nutella or nougat .

The excitement arises, for example, by observing the excretion process ( bowel movements ), the sight of feces or through direct body contact. Holding up stool until you lose control and the resulting feelings can also lead to increased pleasure. Such poo games can be practiced purely auto-erotically or with a partner. Your own or someone else's excrement is often smeared on your own or someone else's body.

For some people, this tendency can extend to coprophagia , the eating of excrement . Due to the concentration of bacteria and fungi in the stool, this sexual practice poses a health risk, especially for people with a weakened immune system .

  • A well-known work with longer coprophilic passages are the 120 days of Sodom by the Marquis De Sade . Also Till Eulenspiegel used as part of the farce feces and Koprophagie.
