history
According to the name, the property was built in 1899 by architect Gustav Schrader in the neo-renaissance style. The property is a three-storey brick building with gabled roof , sandstone division , side bay windows with decorative gables and rustication on the ground floor. In contrast to the mixed style of the neighboring property at Schönbornstrasse 13 , the brick / stone architecture of house No. 15 is designed in the usual neo-renaissance style.
