history

According to its name, the property was built in 1893 by the Würzburg architect Christoph Mayer in the neo-renaissance style. It is a two-storey clinker building in a corner position with hipped roofs and a round corner tower and red sandstone structure . The building, which emphasizes the corner location with its round tower with a domed roof and a decorative clinker brick / stone-built architecture from the 1890s, represented the brewery that used to be behind the property and now largely no longer exists.

A terrace with a balustrade also belongs to the building .
