Schönebecker Straße 35, 36 is a listed residential and commercial building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is located on the west side of Schönebecker Straße in the center of the Magdeburg district of Buckau in a corner location north of the confluence with Thiemstraße, which defines the street scene.
Architecture and history
The five-story representative building was built in 1886 in the neo-renaissance style according to plans by CA Schmidt. The client was the butcher Wilh. Böhme, who used the plastered building not only as a house, but also as a slaughterhouse . The facades facing south (six axes) and east (seven axes) each have a flat two-axis risalit at their end . The corner towards the intersection is flattened and is emphasized by a three-story box bay in front of the first to third floors. The bay window is crowned by a small triangular gable.
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed as a monument under registration number 094 17864 .
The house is an example of an apartment building from the Wilhelminian era .
