Schönebecker Straße 47 is a listed residential and commercial building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the west side of Schönebecker Strasse in the Buckau district of Magdeburg in a corner north of the confluence with Martinstrasse.
Architecture and history
The four-and-a-half-story brick building was built in 1883 in the neo-renaissance style . Master butcher Wilh was the owner of the representative house. Hoefert. F. Oelze acted as site manager. The corner position is emphasized by a flat, uniaxial corner riser . At the right end of the seven-axis facade facing Schönebecker Strasse there is another single-axis risalit. The facade of the first floor is decorated with a plaster tape rustica.
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 17868 .
The building is considered urban prominent example of a late nineteenth residential and commercial building from the time of the industrial stamping Buckaus.
