It is located on the west side of Schönebecker Strasse in the Buckau district of Magdeburg .

Architecture and history

The two-storey villa was built in 1883, other information suggests the year 1881, as a brick building in the neo-baroque style by master bricklayer and architect Christian Andreas Schmidt . In part, the architectural style is also assigned to the Neo-Renaissance .
