Promotion game to the 1st Bundesliga
The winners of the two second division relays qualified for the promotion game with the chess club Birsfelden / Beider Basel and SK Aarau. The competition took place on October 11th in Birsfelden . The hosts clearly prevailed with 6½: 1½ and were promoted to the 1st Bundesliga.
