Schalk Booysen
Schalk Booysen ( Schalk David Booysen; born August 22, 1927 in Pretoria ; † May 1, 2011 ibid) was a South African sprinter and middle-distance runner .
At the British Empire Games in Auckland in 1950 , he was seventh over 880 yards and was disqualified over 440 yards in the run.
In 1952 he reached the quarter-finals at the Olympic Games in Helsinki over 200 m and was eliminated over 400 m in the preliminary run.
