Fair

The right is an outdated term for an authorization, a right of use , privilege or privilege to something. This or the word justice was used in that sense until the 19th century. Accordingly, the 1811 edition of the Grammatical-Critical Dictionary of High German Dialect said: "The rightful ... [is] the authority based on a right or law".

Kinds of the righteous

"On this mill lay the fair people of the beer and brandy, the dancing, as well as the black and white baking", so the typical formulations, which are usually translated with permission, concession or license . The right could also refer to the right to use a property .

Full inn justice consisted of the rights to serving, slaughter, food, relaxation and accommodation; it could be supplemented by brewing justice.

Just like real estate, property and other rights of use were inheritable. Many of the righteous were related to the regalia , the royal rights, and were bestowed by the rulers or their feudal men or the bishops, for which they then collected the tithe or a lease . The righteous could also be loaned out for interest.

"Justice of paternal violence" was the German term for the ius patriae potestatis .
