The Scheibengipfel ( 534  m above sea level ) is an elevation immediately east of Reutlingen in Baden-Württemberg . It is in front of Reutlingen's local mountain Achalm .

On the top of the disk there is a water tank for the Lake Constance water supply and two transmission masts for radio ( Neckaralb Live , 104.8 MHz; antenna 1 , 103.1 MHz; Dasding , 97.7 MHz) and mobile communications. The hill is crossed by the 1.9-kilometer-long Scheibengipfeltunnel , which opened on October 27, 2017.
