Scheuermann Spur is a wide, icy and 1600 m high mountain ridge in the Darwin Mountains of the Transantarctic Mountains in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises at the head of the Hatherton Glacier and at the western end of the Prebble Icefalls . The flat summit area tapers towards the south. Its western flank is characterized by a cliff bordering the Hatherton Glacier.
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named this ridge in 2001 after Mike Scheuermann, who was responsible for air-supported research projects in the polar program of the National Science Foundation in collaboration with the United States Navy from 1995 to 2001.
