The Schlegelmulde is a depression in the Lattengebirge between the 1613  m high Predigtstuhl and the 1688  m high Hochschlegel in the Berchtesgaden Alps . There used to be a chairlift up the Hochschlegel so that you could ski there. The managed alpine hut on the Schlegelmulde lies at an altitude of 1549  m in the valley .
