The Schlodbach is an approximately 6.6 km long orographically right tributary of the Funne . He is eponymous for the conservation area on Schlodbach (LSG-4211-0001).

The Schlodbach rises north of the municipality of Nordkirchen and initially flows in a north-westerly direction between north and south churches. After about three kilometers it makes a slight curve and continues to flow in a south-westerly direction until it joins the Funne after 6.7 km north of Selm .
