The castle was originally a U-shaped castle complex from the 17th century, which was extended by a western wing in the 18th century and changed in the 19th century. In the past, a chapel built in 1678 also belonged to the palace complex.

architecture

The castle is a baroque two-storey four-wing building around a rectangular courtyard. The eastern entrance front lies under a hipped roof with a roof house. The eastern facade has seven window axes. The ground floor is rusticated , the corners square. The central axis leads through the roof gable, which is emphasized with turned flanks and corner pilasters. The portal is framed by a pilaster . Above it is a segmented arched gable. The door leaves are from the 19th century. The side wings of the castle are made up of pilaster strips . The entrance is vaulted with a groin . The courtyard facade is structured on the upper floor with pilaster strips. In the southwest and northwest corners are turrets with corner pilaster strips and oval window windows. The mansard hipped roofs are tiered.

The groin-vaulted ground floor rooms date from the 17th century.
