The museum houses numerous steam locomotives . One of the oldest was manufactured by Orenstein & Koppel in Berlin in 1900 . The locomotive Tx 1116 from Henschel & Sohn ( Kassel , 1918) and the Tx4 564 from Hanomag ( Hanover , built in 1923) are interesting .
A Belgian locomotive with a 2'C1 'wheel arrangement with a four-axle tender ("Pacific"), which was manufactured by Ateliers Métallurgiques de Nivelles , is rare . It has vapor retarders. There are also steam locomotives built by the first Polish railway manufacturer in Chrzanów .
The Wenecja Narrow Gauge Railway Museum is located on the edge of the Wenecja castle ruins , which were built by Mikołaj Nałecz in the 14th century. It is possible to take the Żnińska Kolej Powiatowa from Żnin via Wenecja (train station at the museum) to Gąsawa .
