history

The company, whose products represented a division of the former Schrack-Ericsson and was already one of the world's leading companies in this sector, was sold in the form of a management buyout in 1994. This former division became an independent company with 135 employees. Hans Zavesky took over the management of the company. From 1997 the Swiss Securitas Group acquired shares in the company and is now 100% owner of Schrack Seconet AG.

At the end of 2005, Hans Zavesky handed over the management of the operational management to Wolfgang Kern and took over the chairmanship of the Supervisory Board on June 22, 2006. In the group, Schrack Seconet is entrusted with the agendas for the competence center “fire alarm, communication and billing systems”. In 2018, 657 employees worldwide generated consolidated sales of 116.6 million euros. Foreign sales in 2018 amounted to 50.1% of the consolidated total sales.
