history
The office was founded in 1974 by Helmut C. Schulitz in Los Angeles , USA and has been headquartered in Braunschweig, Germany since 1983. In 2012 there were around 20 employees in the office. The projects carried out by the office range from single-family homes to industrial and administrative buildings to sports facilities. In addition to national sports facilities such as the Eintracht-Stadion Braunschweig, the AWD-Arena Hanover and the Lentpark in Cologne, the office built the Arena Fonte Nova for the 2014 World Cup in Salvador de Bahia . Awards include the DATEV Center Höfen, the Skywalk (Hanover) and the new elevator to Königstein Fortress .
