Schutschur is a district of the municipality of Neu Darchau in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony .
The village is located southeast of the core area of Neu Darchau directly on the west bank of the Elbe on Elbuferstraße.
The Neu Darchau-Schutschur volunteer fire brigade is stationed in Schutschur.

On July 1, 1972, Schutschur was incorporated into the community of Neu Darchau.
