Glienitz is a district of the municipality of Neu Darchau in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony .
The village is located southeast of the core area of Neu Darchau and directly on the west bank of the Elbe .
The 109 meter high White Mountain ("Witt Barg") rises northwest of Glienitz .
history
On July 1, 1972, Glienitz was incorporated into the community of Neu Darchau.
