The Schwarze Siepen is a 5.1 km long orographic right tributary of the Lenne in the North Rhine-Westphalian Hochsauerlandkreis , Germany .

The brook rises southeast of Altastenberg at an altitude of 750  m above sea level. NN . The source is located on the northwest flank of the Kahler Asten in the immediate vicinity of the L640 state road. This accompanies the stream on its way in a south-westerly direction. Without flowing through a village, the Schwarze Siepen flows east of Westfeld at 498  m above sea level. NN on the right into the Lenne.

On its 5.1 km long path, the stream overcomes a height difference of 252 m, which corresponds to a mean bed gradient of 49.4 ‰. It drains a 6.185 km² catchment area via the Lenne, Ruhr and Rhine to the North Sea .
