Schweich Lectures on Biblical Archeology

The Schweich Lectures on Biblical Archeology (German Schweich lectures on Biblical Archeology ) are a series of lectures on topics related to Biblical Archeology , which is regularly organized by the British Academy in London .

In 1907, Constance Schweich donated 100,000 pounds sterling to the British Academy in memory of her father Leopold Schweich “devoted to the furtherance of research in the archeology, art, history, languages ​​and literature of Ancient Civilization, with reference to Biblical Study” (“for the support research in archeology, art, history, languages ​​and literature of ancient civilizations related to Biblical Studies ”).
