The 10th Swiss Futsal Championship began on September 27, 2015 and ended on March 12, 2016.
This year there were no changes to the mode or the number of participants. Benfica Rorschach returned to the SFPL and replaced the relegated Geneva Futsal.
As in the previous year, the qualifying winner could not win the championship. Futsal Minerva played a record season, won 17 of 18 qualifying games, won both semi-finals in the derby against last year's champions Mobulu Futsal Uni Bern and they were not defeated after regular time in the final either. Only in the six meter shootout did the Futsal Maniacs prevail with 9:11. Thus, the Aargauer could celebrate the first title in the club's history in their third participation in the finals.
The top scorer's crown remained in Portuguese hands. Futsal Minerva's Fabio Soares secured the title of top scorer with 41 goals of the season.
