Schwere Reiter is a cultural center in Munich that is run by the Tanztendenz München , Kunstbahnsteig and Pathos Transport Theater association in cooperation with the City of Munich 's Department of Culture . The operating permit runs until September 2018.

The cultural center at Leonrodplatz , on the corner of Dachauer Strasse and Schwere-Reiter-Strasse , has been offering the infrastructure for contemporary productions, collaborations and guest performances in the field of dance, theater and music since 2008 . It has rehearsal rooms and an event room with a stage.
