Scott Hanna
Scott Hanna is an American comic book artist .
Life and work
Hanna worked primarily as an ink draftsman and in this capacity revised the pencil drawings of other artists. He started working as a professional comic book artist in the early 1990s. Since then, Hanna has been in charge of the traditional series Detective Comics and the science fiction series Darkstars as a regular artist for many years . There were also engagements as guest artist for series such as Action Comics , Batman , Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight , Batman: Shadow of the Bat , Birds of Prey , Doom Patrol , Hawk and Dove , LEGION , New Gods , Outsiders , Robin , Starman and Superman . For Marvel Comics , Hanna worked with John Romita Jr. on the Spider-Man series . For this work, both were honored together with the Eisner Award , the most important US comic prize, in the category "Best Continuation Story".
