Scott Lobdell

Scott Lobdell (born August 24, 1960 ) is an American author .

Life

After school Lobdell studied for two years psychology . After dropping out of college, Lobdell began writing as a comic book writer. After several attempts at various comic stories he had invented, he got a chance as a writer at Marvel Comics . In the 1990s, he was known for his work on the X-Men comic titles, in particular for Uncanny X-Men and the derived series Generation X , which he co -authored with Chris Bachalo .

He also occasionally works as a screenwriter for film and television. In 2017, the film Happy Deathday, based on one of his scripts, was released in theaters.
