Scott Mitchell Rosenberg

Scott Mitchell Rosenberg (* 1963 ) is an American comic publisher , rights exploiter and film producer .

Rosenberg ran a mail order business at an early age, followed by studies at the University of Denver . In 1986 he founded the Malibu Comics publishing house , which was very successful. In 1994, Malibu Comics was sold to Marvel while Rosenberg was named Senior Executive Vice President at Marvel.

1995 started working as a film producer. In 1997 he left Marvel and together with Ervin Rustemagić founded the rights exploitation Platinum Studios in Los Angeles . Here the rights of Cowboys & Aliens , which is based on his idea, are licensed to Dylan Dog and Jeremiah .
