The ships of the Seamaster class have four MAN B & W - diesel engines . The power is around 26,000  kW . The four motors drive two controllable pitch propellers . The on-board power supply is provided by two shaft generators with 2,400 kW each and four MAN-B&W diesel generators of type 8L23 / 30H with 1,200 kW each.
